I recently had the pleasure of corresponding with, and purchasing some fine hand-built tattoo machines from, the Great Ernie Carafa. Having owned (and tattooed with) one of his frames already, this was really exciting for me. Shown here are three examples of his awesome machine heads- from left to right: the Paul Rogers V-frame, the Cap Coleman 1930 reproduction, and the Teacup frame, with a sideplate by Mike Pike. These will all be in my daily line-up. Anyone who is serious about tattooing should consider one of Ernie's frames in theirs as well!
